Arcade.xyz is an innovative peer-to-peer lending protocol that allows NFT owners to unlock liquidity using NFTs on Ethereum. Borrowers can use their NFTs as loan collateral with lenders earning real DeFi yield by underwriting loans. To date, the Arcade.xyz loan marketplace has facilitated nearly $30M in NFT collateralized loans, and we’re just getting started.

Arcade.xyx is developed by Non-fungible Technologies, Inc. a US-based software company with notable investment from Pantera Capital, Castle Island Ventures, Lemniscap, Quiet Capital, Franklin Templeton, NFT investor GMoney, and more. Our mission is to bridge the gap between NFTs and financial utility through a suite of tools and platforms designed to securely empower owners, collectors, and investors.

Role: Growth Lead

We are looking to add a growth expert who will lead our growth and marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our growth strategy, working directly with our leadership, product, and analytics team, to cultivate and execute our brand voice through social and marketing initiatives designed to grow our community of passionate NFT owners and DeFi investors. We’re looking for highly motivated marketers that live and breathe Web3 and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Arcade’s community and user growth strategy and marketing implementation plan.
• Cultivate and manage the Arcade brand voice across different social channels.
• Collaborate with our analytics and product teams to develop thoughtful content engaging content.
• Enhance our community discourse and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all business channels.
• You will report directly to the CEO and the Founders, providing monthly updates on progress and success of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a community-driven fintech startup and/or blockchain project.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to building and nurturing communities.
• Firm grasp of all aspects of marketing.
